At The Sophia at Abacoa, we realize your pets are part of your family. That's why we strive to be a pet-friendly community, where we welcome dogs, cats and other pets to live with their owners. We even have a private bark park right here at The Sophia at Abacoa!

Large Pets Welcome--No Weight Limit. Breed Restrictions Apply.
Max no of pets: 2
Pet Fee – One-time Fee $500 for 1 pet, $800 for 2
Pet Rent $20.00 pet rent per month per pet

Breed Restrictions: The following breeds are generally prohibited: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull), Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, all Husky & Malamute breeds, Rottweiler, wolf/restricted breed mix.

*Any mix of the breeds listed is not acceptable.

Service animals are generally exempt regardless of breed.

Management must approve all animals. No more than 2 pets are allowed in an apartment.
